Service Description

Thank you for signing up for the Hot Girl Sweat and Splash Aqua Fitness class! This is a special class curated by Switch Energy Fitness and Dynamic Divers Swim School. We are excited for you to experience a water-based HITT workout! This will be a high intensity water workout led by Fitness instructor Nicole Thomas of Switch Energy Fitness. Nicole is a Certified Trainer, Nurse Practitioner and has been a group fitness instructor for 7 and is excited to lead us in our group aqua fitness class.
