Vendor Agreement – February 18th

Fit Girls Network (FGN) is a wellness & networking event presented by Switch Energy Fitness, where health meets wealth. FGN's purpose is to help Women of Color who are small business owners, leaders, and entrepreneurs who want to advance their businesses and personal development through networking, vending, wellness, and education. Please read and fill out the form below, and we'll review it and get back to you with further details, send an invoice, or answer any questions you may have via email.

 

We will review each application because we want to make sure we have a fair market. If we see that some items are crossovers, we will reach out to you directly to share those details.

• Our event will take place indoors and seating and restrooms are available. 

• You're responsible for your setup and must have a table. 

• Please make sure to select if you need electricity, so we can plan accordingly.

• No accommodation for electricity will be made the day of the event for those who do not select this option on the application.We ask that you please clean up after yourselves to be respectful of our hosts and their space. 

• We will require each food vendor to have a $7 menu option. This can be whatever you choose, a sample/bites platter, a side dish. It's your choice. We want people to have the ability to experience food from multiple vendors, and we believe this will help you succeed.

• Load in and Load out information will be sent the week of the event. 

• Once you submit your application, we'll send an invoice. Payment of the invoice will confirm your spot. 

• Please note there are no refunds or credit for cancellations.

• Vendors pay $75.
