2) Drink More Water

Drinking more water will help prevent constipation and eliminate pounds of unwanted waste in your body. Also staying hydrated helps prevent excessive sodium (salt) and water retention which can cause unwanted bloating. Finally, drinking more water can help you stay fuller longer and fight against cravings that can derail your snatched waist goals. Aim for a gallon of water a day. Work up to it if your not used to drinking so much. Purchasing a cool motivational water jug ( many are on Amazon) can help keep you motivated.

3) Try a Probiotic

Our guts need to have the right balance of good bacteria to properly digest food. When the good bacteria is lacking we have a harder time digesting what we eat we develop to gas, indigestion and bloating as a result. Try taking one daily ( there are many out there, read reviews or talk to a provider about one), and see if it helps you fight that stubborn belly bulge.

4) Eat More Plants

Plants like fruits and vegetables are full of fat burning fiber, bloat fighting anti-inflammatory antioxidants and keep you fuller longer. If you are not used to eating a lot of fiber, slowly increase your intake each week to prevent excessive gas and bloating. Stick with it though. Eating more plants is a game changer for anyone's weight loss because they naturally have fewer calories and are metabolism ( fat burning) boosting foods. Aim for 5 servings of veggies a day. A great way to get them in is with a Green smoothie.

5) Eat Slower

Eating slower allows your brain to catch up with your stomach when you are eating. When you do this you will notice you are likely fuller than you realized and you will be less likely to overeat. Additionally, chewing more and eating slowly helps your body better digest your food, helping to fight excessive bloating, gas and fullness.
